I have a total "artist's bedroom" -- no traditional "bedroom furniture" outside of a bed, and that's a futon that was sitting

on the floor without a frame until earlier this year.  So, it should go without saying that my "night-stand" is pretty atypical as well.

As far as I'm concerned, it's all pretty normal stuff:  condom bowl, lube, alarm clock, ashtray, incense.
 
Then there's the lava-lamp and the remote control for the tower fan.  The other unrecognisable is the base for the land-line phone (I see no point in getting a cellular).
