What is the best mistake you ever made?
Buying a Japan album on impulse, downloading Dexys Midnight Runners' album Searching For the Young Soul Rebels and reading that grocery-store cashier-station copy of People that had a review of Franz Ferdinand's first album.
All three are tied equally.
If you were guaranteed an answer to any question you have, what would you ask and of whom?

I'd ask Byron why he never loved me back.
If you had to go on a two-week vacation with any celebrity, who would you pick as your traveling companion and where would you go?
David Sylvian.
We'd probably hit Rome and Athens and Paris and Barcelona and maybe make some music.
How many pair of shoes do you have? Out of those pairs, how many do you wear more than a few times a year?

I have two pairs of shoes. I think I wear the Chucks more frequently these days, but this is largely dependent upon the weather and whether or not I'm going some place nicer. At least for now, my Docs are oddly my "good shoes".
What compliment are you most often given?
"Nice hair".
List three things you'd buy with your last $20. One practical, one frivolous and one of your choosing.
That Columbo-style raincoat at the Salvation Army -- $10 (practical AND stylish)
a can of heat-and-eat chili -- $2.50 at Meijer (practical AND tasty)
extra-dark sunglasses -- $5 from the Salvation Army, tops
First I would put on the coat. It always pays to dress like Columbo.
Next, I would eat the chili and wash the can real good. I would cut the label and get out a Sharpie and celotape and and write "Blind - Please Help" on the white side of the label.
Seeing as I'm almost blind without my glasses, I could take them off, tuck them into a pocket *inside* my Columbo coat and very convincingly pan-handle enough money to go visit my friends in Chicago.
Who or what do you really love?
My religion
James Dean films
Andy Warhol
men in suits
Rufus Wainwright
far Left politics
my best friends (Scott, Susie, and Jason)
being loved
Do you think real love can last throughout any distance, or will long distance end most relationships?
Submitted by Miss Joy.
A little from column A, a little from column B.
Long distance will end most relationships. That's just the nature of the best, as they say. *But* Aristotle was once quoted as having said, "Love is one soul inhabiting two bodies". If two people truly love each-other, then distance won't make them stop.
What would you do with your extra time off next time you are in-between jobs?

HAHAHAHAHA!!! "Next time"... LOL
Good one, that. I needed a laugh today.
